Booking Policy

Please review our booking policy before scheduling:

Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation by email and/or text message. Please make sure your contact information is entered correctly so we can reach you if needed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to make the appointment time available to other clients.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

On-Site Appointments
For on-site consultations, please make sure someone is available to provide access to the property. If there are gates, tenants, pets, or special access instructions, please provide those details before the appointment.

Project Information
To help us better understand your project, please provide as much information as possible when booking, including the project address, type of project, current project status, and any plans, photos, or documents available.
